This story begins with two recovering alcoholic underdogs from two different backgrounds, whose paths crossed later on in their careers to formulate what is now called PUNCH DRUNK! Deekay (a renowned club MC/Hype-man whose club whoring career spans nearly a decade) and DJ Damn (a genre crossing mash up genius and creator of Dirty Friends’ blog) after murdering a number of shows and dropping a wicked mixtape (To Blogs and Beyond) have joined forces to defeat their evil nemesis…BOREDOM! Together they endeavour to destroy and free the millions enslaved by this nemesis! Their weapons: - a sliver tongue, energy fuelled microphone, two launch pad turntables and a stockade of rocket propelled anthems (covering the genres of Electro, House, Dubstep, B-More, Hip-Hop and RNB) guaranteed to tear off any roof, ignite all crowds and reduce every stage and structure to rubble and bits!!
