Saturday 4th September - Spring is finally here!! Woo-Hoo! To celebrate we welcome back one of Kandy Bar's favourite DJ's, DJ Skoob (3 times NSW DMC champ) with resident allstar DJ Encore for one Massive party to kick off spring in style!!
These guys are literally the best home grown turntablists Newcastle has ever produced.
DJ Encore is the mashup king - renowned for his hectic style of splicing tracks and disregarding genres to bring the 'wow' factor to each and every one of his shows. DJ Skoob is technique personified... Posessing creative flair and the fastest hands in the game, DJ Skoob has won the NSW DMC championships (widely regarded as the 'olympics' of djing) three years running!!!
These two have never been billed on the same event in Maitland... You had better brace yourself... Cos these boys will shut it down major style!
This is going to be a great Spring / Summer with some massive stuff in the works... Come celebrate the official start of spring and say goodbye to winter as Kandy Bar heats up with the first in a long line of our best events yet!
